If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace or return for a full refund. You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your order minus shipping costs, which we, unfortunately, cannot refund.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition, and in the original packaging you received it in.
SHIPPING RETURNED PRODUCT
Return information will be provided to you via email once it has been approved by a customer service representative.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Unfortunately, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. It is recommended that you return using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
